Adhesive bra sizing guide: how to pick your cup and make it fit

Short answer: pick the adhesive bra size that matches your regular cup, not your band. Ciralu Lift Bra runs S (A to B), M (C), L (D to DD) and XL (DDD to G). Between sizes, size up and trim the outer edge.

Size chart

Ciralu size Cup
S A, B
M C
L D, DD
XL DDD (F), G

Band size does not matter because there is no band. If you wear a 32D and a 36D, you are both an L.

How it should sit

Place the cup so the wider edge sits under the breast, low on the crease, and the top edge lands just below the nipple. The whole adhesive surface should touch skin with no gaps at the edge. If the cup wrinkles, it is too big; if breast tissue spills over the top, it is too small.

When to size up

  • Between two cups.
  • Wide-set or full-bottom breasts, where a larger cup catches more tissue.
  • You want more lift: a slightly larger cup pulled upward gives more shape.

Trim it for the neckline

Low armhole, narrow halter, deep sweetheart: trim the outer edge of the cup with scissors, a little at a time, and re-fit. Do not cut the center where the two cups join.

If it still will not hold

Nine times out of ten it is lotion or deodorant on the skin. Wash the chest, dry it fully and try again. Above a DD, consider Body Tape instead; our large bust guide explains why.

Match your regular cup: S for A to B, M for C, L for D to DD, XL for DDD to G. Between sizes, size up; the outer edge can be trimmed.

How should an adhesive bra fit?

The cup should sit under the breast with the wider edge low and the top edge just under the nipple, fully in contact with skin. No gaps at the edge, no wrinkles.

Can I trim an adhesive bra?

Yes. Trim the outer edge with scissors for a lower armhole or a narrower neckline. Do not cut the center join.
