Short version: the Lift Bra is sized by cup, not by band. Body Tape has no size: you cut it. Nipple Covers come in one size and two shades. If you are between two Lift Bra sizes, size up and trim.

Your band size (32, 34, 36) does not matter. A 32D and a 38D both take an L.
How to pick your Lift Bra size
- Start from your usual cup. The cup you buy in a regular bra is the cup you pick here.
- Between two sizes? Size up. A larger cup catches more tissue and lifts more, and you can trim the outer edge with scissors to fit a narrow halter or a low armhole. You cannot make a small cup bigger.
- Wide-set or full-bottom breasts: size up. Same reason.
- Above a DD and want maximum lift: wear the XL, then add one strip of Body Tape under each cup pulled toward the shoulder. Many D+ customers skip the bra and tape only; our D+ guide shows how.
How the Lift Bra should sit
- The wider edge sits low, under the breast, on the crease.
- The top edge lands just below the nipple, never over it.
- The whole adhesive surface touches skin with no gaps. Press upward and inward, then hold 20 seconds.
- If the cup edge shows at the side of a strapless dress, trim it a little at a time.

The roll is 5 m long and 7.5 cm wide, so one roll covers 5 to 8 wears. Round the corners of each strip so they do not catch on fabric. Method by neckline: plunging, backless, strapless.
Nipple Covers: one size, two shades
8 cm across, matte silicone with thin edges. They fit every cup. Pick the shade closest to the skin on your chest: Sand for light to medium, Cocoa for medium to deep. Under white or sheer fabric, go one shade lighter.
Shades for Body Tape
Same rule: Sand or Cocoa, matched to your chest, not your face. Tape stays inside the line of the dress, so a close match is enough; it does not need to be exact.
