30-day returns

Tried it and it is not for you? You have 30 days from delivery to return your order for a refund of the product price.

• Contact us with your order number and we will send you a prepaid return label. $7.50 is deducted from your refund to cover the label.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days after we receive the return. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
• Need a different size or shade? Return the item and place a new order. We do not process exchanges.

Damaged or wrong item

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost.
