1. Q. How long does shipping take?
A. 5-7 Business Days Standard Shipping. 1-3 Business Days for Expedited Shipping for US orders. International orders vary from 7-21 days depending on location.
2. Q. How many wears can you get out of the Ciralu Covers?
A. Our Ciralu Covers can be used up to 110 TIMES MINIMUM! Note that the longevity depends on the user and factors that may affect the stickiness of the adhesive.
3. Q. How do you clean it?
A. Washing gently with soap and water can reactivate the adhesive.
4. Q: Are these waterproof & Sweat Proof?
A: Yes they are! CIRALU is waterproof and sweat-proof and will stick to you all day long.
If you don’t have adhesive sensitivity, the nipple cover can be worn all day long.
5. Q: Where do you guys shipped from?
A: We shipped all our products in Miami, USA.
6. Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes, we do. Delivery times may vary with locations
7. Q: Are the covers waterproof and sweat-proof?
A: Yes they are! Check out some of our videos in our social media of us testing them. We suggest to not apply products on their skin before putting the product on for them to work better
8. Q: Can these be used for sensitive skin?
A: Yes but some people could still be sensitive/ allergic to medical grade adhesive. Please discontinue if you develop any irritation or rashes. We suggest that you consult with your Doctors or dermatologists or doing a patch test with our nipple cover before using
9. Q: How to take care of your Ciralu Covers?
A:Gently rinse with water and mild soap. Shake off the excess water and air dry for 10-15 minutes. Put back the plastic cover and store.
10. Q: How can I use it?
A: Make sure you're clean. Do not use any type of moisturizer on your skin before applying our Ciralu covers. Simply cover and hold for a few seconds to keep in place.
11. Q: Will this cause my boob to sag instead of bras?
A: No, there are a ton of benefits of going braless which can also improve breast shape among many other benefits. Braless comfort all day long!
12. Q: Are they seamless and can I wear them under white tops?
A: Yes! Our Ciralu covers are seamless and will blend seamlessly onto your skin like its not even there!

14. How long does it take to process the return?
Please allow up to two weeks from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be processed—you will receive an email confirmation when complete. If you are returning items from multiple orders in the same package, you must start a return here for each order and include all return packing slips for each order in your package. Returns missing packing slips will result in up to an additional week of processing time.
15. How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once you receive your email indicating your return has been processed, you can expect to receive your credit in 3-5 business days.
16. Is there is a return fee?
If you use our pre-paid return label, the cost of return shipping is $7.50 for any number of items and will be deducted from your refund. You may also choose to mail the item back using your own insured, traceable method.
17. How do I request a return label?

18. Can I return my store purchase through the mail?
Yes. Returns can be processed by mail for items purchased in our retail stores within 30 days of original purchase. Please contact us for the appropriate mailing address and include a copy of your receipt in your return package.
19. How do I make an exchange?
Start your return process here and place a new order online for a replacement item. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.
20. Can I include multiple orders in the same package?
Yes. You must start a return here for each order and include all return packing slips for each order in your package. Returns missing packing slips will result in up to an additional week of processing time.
21. Can I cancel my order after it is placed?
Eligible orders can be cancelled for a short time after order placement. To see if cancellation is available, access Order History in your registered account and click Show Order Details. If you do not see the option to cancel, we are unable to process a cancellation. However, once you have received your order, you may return or exchange any eligible items.
22. Can I change my shipping address or payment method after my order is placed?
We are unable to modify an address or payment method after an order has been submitted. Instead, to see if cancellation is available, access Order History in your registered account and click Show Order Details. If the cancel option is unavailable, we are unable to cancel your order. However, once you have received your order, you may return or exchange any eligible items.
