Step 1: cover the nipple
Always. Tape adhesive on the nipple hurts on removal. Apply the cover centered and smooth it flat.
Step 2: the lifting strips
Cut a strip about 30 cm long, longer for larger busts. Round the corners so the edges do not catch on fabric. Anchor the end under the breast near the ribcage, then pull the strip up and slightly outward toward the collarbone, lifting the breast as you go. Press the whole strip for 20 seconds. Repeat on the other side. Aim for a Y shape: the two strips open away from the center, leaving the sternum clear.
Step 3: the crossover
Cut a strip about 20 cm long. Start on the outer side of one breast, run it horizontally under both nipple covers to the outer side of the other breast, pulling the breasts inward as you press. This is the strip that makes cleavage. For a very narrow V, angle it into a shallow U so it sits below the neckline.
Step 4: wait 20 minutes
Heat-activated adhesive bonds fully after about 20 minutes. Do your makeup, then put the dress on. Check the mirror at the neckline and the arm holes and trim any edge that shows.
Removal
