Body Tape: clean, dry skin, no lotion. Anchor under the breast, pull up toward the opposite shoulder, press 20 seconds. Wait 20 minutes before dressing. Remove with baby oil, never dry. 72 hours between wears.

Nipple Covers: center and smooth outward. Wash with mild soap, air dry, store on the backing. Up to 100 wears.

Safety first

Strong adhesive means a few rules. First wear: 2 to 3 hours, so you see how your skin reacts. Apply once, in the right place: repositioning kills the hold. Clean, dry skin only, no lotion, oil or perfume. Never on broken, sunburned or freshly shaved skin. Remove with oil or in a warm shower, never dry, and give your skin 72 hours between wears.

Ladies, beware!! This tape is ver very sticky. I used for my wedding and it kept everything in place for the whole night. But when it was time to take it off I realized it’s true power. Be careful when taking it off.

This is overall a pretty good product. I don’t have much experience using breast tape but I do think it’ll come in handy as I expand my wardrobe especially in the summer. I love that the kit comes with a test patch just in case one were to have an allergic reaction of some sort. The tape is very comfortable but I can say that I feel like the adhesive could be just a tad bit stronger to make them feel a little more secure. If you are a bigger bra size, this may not work as effectively for you but otherwise, I definitely would recommend especially for a beginner. The instructions on how to apply and use are very simple and straight forward.

How many times can I use it?

Body Tape and Nipple Covers are single use: one strip, one night. The Lift Bra is reusable. Rinse it with warm water only, air dry sticky side up, and it comes back for 30+ wears. Clothing Tape is single use.

Is it waterproof and sweatproof?

Yes. The adhesive is medical grade and heat activated: apply to clean, dry skin, wait 20 to 30 minutes for it to bond, then dance, sweat or swim. Pat dry after water, do not rub.

Does it work for bigger cups?

Body Tape works on any cup size, DD and G included, because you cut the strips to the lift you want. The Lift Bra covers A to G. Nipple Covers fit every size.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

The adhesive is hypoallergenic and latex free. If your skin reacts easily, do a 10-minute patch test on your inner arm first, and never apply on sunburned, broken or freshly shaved skin.

How do I get the best hold?

Skin must be clean and completely dry: no lotion, oil, deodorant or perfume on the area. Press each piece for 30 seconds with warm hands. Put it on 20 minutes before you leave so the adhesive sets.

Does removal hurt?

Soak the tape or cover with baby oil, coconut oil or a warm shower for 5 minutes, then peel slowly downward while holding the skin with your other hand. Never pull it off dry.

Which shade should I choose?

Pick the one closest to the skin on your chest, not your face. Under sheer or white fabric, go one shade lighter. Both shades disappear under most outfits.

Do you charge sales tax?

It did not stick. What went wrong?

Three usual causes. It was repositioned: the adhesive grabs once, so place it right the first time. Lotion, oil or deodorant on the skin: wash the area and dry it completely. Or the skin was damp or sweaty when you applied: dry it, apply, then press with warm hands for 30 seconds.

What if it is not for me?

You have 30 days from delivery. Send it back in its original packaging and we refund the product price to your original payment method. Write to us and we send the label.
